Having come of age in Northeast Ohio during the 1980's, I found myself relating to the topics discussed in this collection. There are reflections on everything from being a Cleveland Indians fan to those horrible cable boxes that Time Warner forced on us back in the day. The good-natured, irony-free humor, relaxed writing style and occasional scribbled cartoon reminded me a bit of James Thurber, if James Thurber was born in Ohio during the 1960's. For me, a pleasant look back at growing up in the Midwest.Product details
